Privacy
Policy.

Effective date: August 22, 2026

Eternity Management LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://eternity-management.com/, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the website and online services operated by Eternity Management LLC. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from our website. Additional notices may apply to a specific service or relationship and will control if they conflict with this Policy.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and business information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, title, and the contents of your message when you contact us.
  • Internet and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and access dates and times. Our hosting provider may create standard server logs containing this information.
  • Professional and engagement information you provide in connection with a prospective or existing business relationship.
  • Other information you choose to provide in correspondence or during an engagement.

Information submitted through the contact form is sent to us by email and is not stored in a contact-form database by the base theme. The theme itself does not install analytics or advertising pixels. Your WordPress host, email provider, plugins, embedded media, or later integrations may collect additional information. The website owner must update this Policy before enabling tools that change these practices.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your device and our hosting infrastructure, and from service providers or business partners when permitted by law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; provide and improve our services; manage business relationships; operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and carry out other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The base theme does not set analytics or advertising cookies. WordPress, your hosting provider, and installed plugins may use cookies that are necessary for security, administration, preferences, or other enabled features. Review your active plugins and hosting configuration and add a cookie notice or consent mechanism if required by applicable law.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to hosting, security, email, information-technology, and professional-service providers that process information on our behalf; to governmental authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets; and to other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process it for targeted advertising through the base theme. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change takes effect.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law covers our activities, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of personal information we process; request correction or deletion; receive a portable copy; opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or significant profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and appeal a decision on a request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email realestate@eternity-management.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Describe your request and the state in which you reside. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. California Privacy Notice

For California residents, the categories of personal information described above may correspond to identifiers, professional or employment-related information, internet or other electronic network activity, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and correspondence content. We collect these categories from you, your device, our service providers, and business partners for the purposes described in Sections 4 and 6.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed these categories to service providers and professional advisers for business purposes. The base theme does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about a consumer, and we do not offer financial incentives for personal information.

If California law applies to our processing, you may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and may exercise any applicable right to opt out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. Our website does not currently respond to traditional browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform industry standard exists. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party websites or incorporate services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on this page, revise the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically and at least annually.
